TRANSPORTATION AND EQUIPMENT:
Our prices include transportation, watercraft, paddles, and personal flotation devices (life vests). Transportation is furnished in buses properly maintained and operated by drivers with a Commercial Drivers License.

EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $25 per watercraft with a maximum of $200 will be collected at registration. Deposit is refunded when equipment is returned in good condition no later than 6:30 p.m.

ABANDONED WATERCRAFT:
We charge $45.00 per watercraft to retrieve abandoned watercraft.

LATE ARRIVAL FEE:
All equipment must be off the river by 6:00 p.m. and returned to Happy Mohawk Canoe Livery by 6:30 p.m. A late fee of $40.00 per hour will be added if not off the river by 6:00 p.m.

PADDLERS WHO OWN WATERCRAFT: NEW POLICY
If you own a canoe or kayak we will transport your watercraft with our rental watercraft at the scheduled departure and pick-up times. The cost includes transportation, parking and any applicable fees for the access locations to the river. However, we will not be responsible for loading or unloading other persons boats onto Happy Mohawk Canoe Livery's trailers or into our vehicles. All river guidelines and rules apply to non-rental customers. The cost is 50% of the rental fee for the corresponding trip.
